Jilinbirri Weavers

I was born in Cue in 1941. My Mother was from Meekatharra and my Father from Quairading. My language is Yamatji.

I learnt my art through my mother who was very talented artist. 

I am a member of the Jilbirri Weavers group which have travelled to New Zealand, Melbourne, Darwin, Sydney and Perth. I enjoyed travelling to Darwin because Fitzroy Express were playing and I danced all night.

I enjoy weaving because it relaxes me and gives me something to do.
